When it comes to manifesting, Selma is a superstar! She wants to help you develop your own practice.

Selma knows that when you ask for what you want and feel the feelings of already having it, it WILL be yours.

Her intention for you is that you develop your own powerful practice by paying attention to your thoughts and feelings.

We often focus on things we don’t have or don’t want, and that energy takes space away from appreciation and gratitude. Selma wants to be clear that appreciation and gratitude are the cornerstones for manifestation.

She encourages you to start with small things—like a parking spot or a lost item.

Once you’ve experienced what it FEELS like for the Universe to be right there giving you what you want, make a note, write down what it feels like…and then open your heart to deep gratitude.

When you feel like you’ve mastered the little things, move on to something bigger—
all the while, finding appreciation in the process.

You create your life. It’s what we are here for...

Selma is a constant reminder that we can offer ourselves more support, and we too can feel better in the process.

This takes practice, and Selma wants to help us along the way.
