Loving ourselves takes practice, patience, and unlearning. It’s about seeing our own worth, embracing our imperfections, and offering ourselves the same kindness we so easily give to others. Asma knows that when we nurture this love within, it doesn’t just stay inside—it shines outward, touching the people around us like ripples in a pond.
