Good Thinking - Kathy

Please meet Kathy!

Kathy knows what it takes to be happy. It's all about the thoughts we think. So she tries to remind herself about Good Thinking whenever her energy is slipping into a place that doesn't feel good to her. What we need to remember is that we can have all of those feelings and work at changing them.

Kathy is a constant reminder that we can offer ourselves more support and feel better in the process.

This takes practice and she's happy to  help us along the way.
