Please meet Sally!
Sally knows how easy it is to believe the little stories we tell ourselves—how someone’s mood, tone, or silence must mean something about us. She’s been there too, feeling her heart grow heavy with imagined worries. But with a gentle smile, she reminds us that most of the time, what’s happening in someone else’s world has nothing to do with us at all.
Her balloons represent the lightness we can feel when we let go of the weight of those imagined stories. Her bees buzz the reminder again: Not about you. And with that, Sally encourages you to give yourself the gift of peace—trusting that you are worthy, loved, and enough just as you are.
