Please meet Annie!

Annie doesn't always feel amazing, but she works on reminding herself — and now you — that because we exist, we are amazing!

We don't need to do anything else.

We can have down days and feel sad or frustrated, as well as times when we are excited and happy — and everything in between.

What we need to remember is that we can have all of those feelings and still be okay.

Annie provides a constant reminder that we can offer ourselves more support and feel better in the process.

This takes practice — and she can help us along the way.

Art prints are reproductions of my original drawings & watercolors that are inspired by a long healing journey that has brought me to today and the creation of my "Little Friends".
