Be kind to it. 

Nourish it with patience, soften it with love. Not every moment needs to be heavy; not every step needs to be rushed. You are growing, you are healing, and you are already enough just as you are. So please, be a little gentler with your heart today—it’s carrying you so beautifully through this journey.
